Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the sweet potato cubes. Cook for 15 minutes or until fork-tender.
