  • 3 large Eggs
  • 4 pieces Anchovy fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 loaf Baguette
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 sprigs Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of boiling water and cooking for 10 minutes. Once done, transfer them to a bowl of cold water to cool.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick rounds and arrange them on a baking sheet. Brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
