  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Mix gently to combine without overworking the meat.

Step 3

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Step 4

Pour the egg mixture over the meat mixture. Add the breadcrumbs and chopped parsley. Gently mix until all ingredients are just combined.

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it onto the prepared baking sheet or press it into the loaf pan.

Step 6

In another small bowl, mix the ketchup and brown sugar. Spread this glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Step 7

Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).

Step 8

Once done, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Step 9

Serve warm with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or your favorite sides.
