Directions

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the milk, salt, and black pepper, then whisk vigorously until the mixture is well combined and slightly frothy.

Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow the butter to melt fully and coat the pan evenly.

Roughly chop the Canadian bacon into small pieces. Add the chopped Canadian bacon to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and heated through. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
