Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning

  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn, canned or fresh
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced
  • 2 cups Tortilla chips, crushed
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium heat on your campfire or portable stove.
