Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) Condensed tomato soup
  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 1.5 cups Uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onion becomes translucent.

Step 4

Stir in the can of condensed tomato soup, water, uncooked elbow macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 5

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the mixture simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the macaroni is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.

Step 6

Taste and adjust the seasoning, if needed. If the mixture becomes too dry, add a splash of water to loosen it up.

Step 7

Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Step 8

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
