Ingredients

  • 12 oz Linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 oz Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 oz Crab meat, cooked
  • 1 can Campbell’s Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are fully cooked. Remove the shrimp and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add the Campbell’s Tomato Soup, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Step 5

Season the sauce with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Step 6

Gently fold the cooked shrimp and crab meat into the sauce. Let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes to heat the seafood through.

Step 7

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, use the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.

Step 8

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with additional Parmesan if desired.
