Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell's Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup, Campbell's Tomato Soup, and milk. Stir until completely blended and smooth.

Step 4

Add the cooked chicken, thawed spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the soup mixture. Stir well to combine.

Step 5

Fold the cooked penne pasta into the soup mixture until coated evenly.

Step 6

Transfer half of the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the layer.

Step 7

Add the remaining pasta mixture on top and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese evenly across the surface.

Step 8

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Step 9

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.

Step 10

Allow the pasta bake to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
