Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in a large, deep skillet or saucepan.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook them in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan, let it rest for a few minutes, and then dice into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
