Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 3 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the noodles cook, heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
