  • 1 cup Green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 0.75 cup Alphabet-shaped pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Sauté for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.

Add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
