  • 10 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves, then add them to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
