Ingredients

  • 1 Large spinach or whole wheat tortilla
  • 85 grams Sliced deli turkey
  • 0.5 piece Ripe avocado
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Diced tomato
  • 0.25 cup Shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Place the tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.

Step 2

Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the middle of the tortilla.

Step 3

Layer the turkey slices on top of the ranch dressing.
