  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 0.5 piece English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 4 pieces Nori sheets, cut into squares
  • 0.25 cup Pickled ginger (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground salmon (or tuna), panko breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined and divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a burger patty about 3/4 inch thick.
