  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
