  • 0.5 cup Ranch dressing (for dipping, optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Prepare a clean surface for rolling and place a small bowl of water nearby.

Lay a spring roll wrapper on the surface in a diamond shape, with one corner pointing towards you.
