  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 4 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 small lime
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 large roma tomato
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.25 cup red onion

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat.

Step 2

Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 3

Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
