  • 3 whole Mandarin oranges
  • 6 cups Mixed greens

  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the California avocados in half, remove the pits, and gently scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Slice into thin wedges.

Step 2

Peel the mandarin oranges and separate them into individual segments. Remove any seeds, if necessary.
