  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Wash the okra thoroughly and trim the stems, but do not cut them too close to avoid sliminess.

Slice the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips, and chop the red onion into small wedges.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
