  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 whole lemon (sliced)

Directions

Step 1

Fill a medium-sized pot with 1 liter of water and add the lemon slices and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.

Slice the calamari into 1/2-inch rings, leaving the tentacles whole if desired.
