  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a clean cutting board and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to make the Cajun spice blend.
