  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoons Hot sauce
  • 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 2 pieces Burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Clean the portobello mushroom caps by gently removing the stems and scraping out the gills with a spoon.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the mushroom caps.

Step 3

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and cook the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes on each side until tender and slightly charred. Set aside.
