Ingredients

  • 4 ears Corn on the cob
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 sheets Aluminum foil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375–400°F) or preheat your oven to 400°F if baking.

Step 2

Peel back the husks of the corn without removing them, and remove all the silk from the cobs. Fold the husks back over and soak the corn in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.

Step 3

While the corn is soaking, prepare a Cajun butter mixture. In a small bowl, mix together unsalted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Step 4

After soaking, pat the corn dry and shuck the husks completely. Brush each ear of corn lightly with olive oil.

Step 5

Cut four sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12x12 inches. Place one ear of corn in the center of each sheet.

Step 6

Using a spoon or knife, evenly spread the Cajun butter mixture over each ear of corn.

Step 7

Wrap each ear of corn tightly in its foil sheet, making sure there are no holes or gaps for juices to leak out.

Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred. If baking, place the wrapped corn on a baking sheet and cook for the same amount of time.
