  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.33 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

Step 2

Rub the Cajun seasoning onto both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the chicken breasts in the skillet.
