  • 4 pieces Sandwich buns
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and pound them to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

Rub both sides of each chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet.
