Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

While the pasta cooks, pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub both sides of the chicken with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, ensuring even coverage.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
