Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Brush the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
