Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices Bread (for croutons)

  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the bread slices into 1-inch cubes and place them on a baking tray.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the bread cubes and toss to coat evenly.

Peel and mince 1 garlic clove, then sprinkle it over the bread cubes.
