  • 1 piece Lime wedge
  • 1 small slice Fresh cactus paddle for garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1

If using a fresh cactus paddle, carefully remove the spines with a sharp knife and wash thoroughly. Blend the cleaned cactus paddle with a small amount of water, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve to extract the cactus juice. Set aside 2 ounces for the margarita.

Step 2

Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass, then dip the rim into a plate with the salt to coat it evenly.
