Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage

  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1

Start by shredding the cabbage into thin strips. Set aside.

Finely chop the onion and slice the green chilies.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Once hot, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
