Directions

Step 1

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then place them in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.

While potatoes cook, finely shred the cabbage. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
