  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Core the cabbage and carefully peel off 12 large leaves, keeping them intact.

Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, or until pliable. Drain and set aside to cool.
