  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a round, deep-dish baking pan or a springform pan with a light coating of cooking oil.
