Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, combine the pitted dates, water, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the dates soften (about 5-7 minutes).
