  • 1 Pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Whipped cream (optional for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the cubed butternut squash on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Allow it to cool slightly.
