Ingredients

  • 1 head Butter lettuce
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled goat cheese (optional)
  • 0.25 cup Sliced red onion (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the butter lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
