Ingredients

  • 250 grams pitted dates
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 50 grams crushed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
  • 100 grams crushed digestive biscuits
  • 50 grams desiccated coconut (for coating)

Directions

Step 1

1. Place the pitted dates into a food processor and blend until they form a sticky paste.

2. In a medium non-stick pan, melt the butter over low heat.

3. Add the blended date paste to the pan and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until the dates and butter are well combined.
