Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, finely chopped onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated but do not overwork the meat.

Step 3

Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small loaf approximately 4 inches long and 2 inches wide, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
