  • 1 cup Cooked white rice
  • 15 ounces Canned black beans
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Guacamole
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 1 sliced Jalapeño (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened, then add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
