  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme sprigs
  • 2 leaves Bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle the flour, salt, and black pepper over the beef and toss to coat evenly.
