  • 12 Miniature dill pickles
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 0.25 cup Mustard
  • 6 Lettuce leaves, cut into small pieces
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 12 Mini skewers or toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill, skillet, or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Form the seasoned ground beef into 12 small patties, roughly 2 inches in diameter and about 1/2 inch thick.
