Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Truffle oil
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup Extra buffalo sauce (for glazing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, buffalo sauce, truffle oil, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Use your hands or the back of a spoon to press it down evenly and smooth out the surface.
