  • 15 ounces canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup beef or chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • 0 sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 0 shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and let it warm up.
