Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked and shredded chicken
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 Flour tortillas (soft taco size)
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Using a round cookie cutter or a cup, cut each tortilla into 3-4 smaller circles, about 3-inches in diameter.

Step 3

Lightly brush both sides of each tortilla circle with melted butter. Press the circles into the cups of a standard muffin tin to form small cups.
