  • 1.5 cups Cooked chicken breast
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large 12-inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick.

In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, buffalo sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
