  • 150 grams Buckwheat flour
  • 100 grams All-purpose flour
  • 100 grams Granola
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 85 grams Unsalted butter (cold)
  • 50 grams Brown sugar
  • 120 milliliters Plain yogurt or buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the buckwheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and brown sugar.

Step 3

Add the cold butter to the flour mixture and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the granola to evenly distribute it throughout the mixture.
