  • 0.5 cup White wine (dry, such as Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup Artichoke hearts (canned, drained and quartered)
  • 2 tablespoons Capers (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (fresh, chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.

Dredge each fillet lightly in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.
