Ingredients

  • 500 grams Brussels sprouts

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Slice the sprouts in half lengthwise.

Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
