Directions

Step 1

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged outer leaves. Slice them in half lengthwise.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts, placing them cut side down in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
