Ingredients

  • 500 grams Brussels sprouts

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half if they are large.

Rinse the asparagus and snap off the tough ends, then cut into 2-inch pieces.
